HATCH (How Are The Children) is a transformative prevention and reentry program that uses real-life experience to change lives before and after incarceration. Through direct engagement inside juvenile detention centers, jails, and prisons, HATCH delivers honest conversations about accountability, education, goal setting, healthy relationships, and the realities of reentry. Beyond the walls, HATCH reaches at-risk youth through trauma-informed group sessions, violence prevention, mentorship, and powerful firsthand stories that show how today’s choices shape tomorrow’s outcomes. Through outreach in churches, schools, and communities, HATCH exists to break cycles, restore purpose, and challenge individuals to answer one life-changing question: How are the children?
