Shareable raffle page

Embed anywhere

Drop the raffle into your own website with a simple shortcode. No developer required.

Draw-date countdown

A live countdown to your draw date creates urgency and drives last-minute sales.

Buyer-paid fees

Pass platform and processing fees to the buyer so your cause keeps the full ticket price.

A fair, trusted draw

A winner you, and your donors, can trust

The draw is the moment that matters. Ticket Falcon picks the winner at random from every eligible ticket, on its own at your draw time or live on stage when you press the button.

Fair random draw

The winner is chosen at random from every eligible ticket, and every ticket has exactly the same odds.

Automatic scheduled draw

Set a draw time in your own time zone. An online raffle stops selling and draws on its own right on schedule.

Draw live on stage

For an in-person raffle, the draw waits for you to press the button at the event. If no one has drawn within 24 hours, it runs on its own.

Mark present or absent

For an in-room draw, mark who is in the room so you only draw from entrants who are there.

Disqualify an entry

Remove an entry from the pool if you ever need to, with a clear record of the change.

Proof anyone can check

Optional. Turn on provably fair drawing and anyone can confirm the result in their browser after the draw.

Prizes & winners

From draw to prize claim, handled

Check the result, then send each winner their email in one click. The claim page, the deadline, and the reminder are handled for you.

Winner emails you send

Review the result first, then email each winner in one click. Every send is recorded, so you know who has heard from you.

Prize claim page

The winner email has a Claim your prize button. Winners confirm their name and delivery address on a private page.

Claim deadline & reminder

Winners get 14 days to claim by default, with a reminder 3 days before the deadline.

Claim status at a glance

See whether each prize is waiting, claimed, or forfeited, right on your Draw tab.

Draw an alternate

If a prize goes unclaimed, mark it forfeited and draw an alternate, just as fairly as the first.

Printable ticket

Every buyer gets a confirmation page and an emailed ticket with their numbers and a QR code.

For the organizer

Run it from one simple dashboard

Once your organization is approved, you create and run every raffle yourself. Set the prize, the price, and the draw time, then watch the entries roll in.

Questions

Raffles, answered

Who can run a raffle on Ticket Falcon?
Any organization we have approved. Raffles are regulated, so we review each organization before its first raffle. Request access from your raffle dashboard and tell us about your organization. U.S. nonprofits can add their EIN, which we check against IRS records. Once you are approved, you create and run every raffle yourself.
How is the winner picked?
At random from every eligible ticket, and every ticket has exactly the same odds. An online raffle draws on its own at your draw time. An in-person raffle waits for you to draw live at the event, and runs on its own from checked-in tickets if no one has drawn within 24 hours.
Can anyone check that the draw was fair?
Yes, when you turn on provably fair drawing before the draw. We publish a fingerprint of the drawing when sales open, and afterward anyone can confirm the result in their browser, with nothing to install. It is off by default, and you switch it on per raffle.
Can supporters buy more than one entry?
Absolutely. Sell single entries or bundles, like 5 for $20 or 20 for $50, to raise your average order. Every paid purchase creates the right number of entries automatically.
When do ticket sales close?
At the draw time, in the raffle's own time zone. You can also close sales early and draw whenever you are ready.
How does the winner claim their prize?
You send the winner email from your dashboard once you have checked the result. It has a Claim your prize button that opens a private page, where the winner confirms their name and delivery address. They have 14 days by default and get a reminder before the deadline. If a prize goes unclaimed, you can draw an alternate.
Can I run the raffle on my own website?
Yes. Every raffle has its own shareable page, and you can also embed it on your own site with a simple shortcode. A live countdown and remaining-entries figure help drive last-minute sales.
Who pays the fees, and when do I get paid?
The platform fee is $1 + 5% per purchase, plus card processing, and a bundle counts as one purchase. Pass both fees to the buyer so your cause keeps the full ticket price, or absorb them. Ticket revenue is paid out to your own Stripe account with Direct Payouts as you sell.
What happens if we cancel the raffle?
Cancel it from your dashboard and refund every buyer in one step, or refund a single buyer at any time. Buyers get their ticket price back. Service and processing fees are not refunded.
Is a raffle ticket tax-deductible?
No. A raffle ticket buys a chance to win, so it is not a deductible charitable gift, even when a nonprofit runs the raffle. Every buyer receipt says so.
Can I run a raffle outside the United States?
Yes. Raffles work in any country and any time zone, so the draw time, the countdown, and the emails all read in your local time.
Are raffles legal for my organization?
Raffle rules vary by country, state, and city. Many places allow raffles only for qualifying nonprofits or require a license. Check the rules where you operate before you launch. Ticket Falcon writes Official Rules for every raffle and keeps clean records, but you are responsible for following the law that applies to you.
Approval required

Ready to launch your raffle?
